Information concerning data protection (legislative decree no. 196/2003)
We inform you as per legislative decree no. 196/2003 that all personal data of users of or visitors to our services will be handled in full compliance with the legislation on privacy. Data provided voluntarily when registering are essential for the management of purchase orders, invoicing and shipping of material and are used for the delivery of commercial information or new offers, as well as for monitoring customer satisfaction regarding the products and services offered by the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano. The data are processed by our employees in accordance with legislative decree no. 196/2003 - also in electronic form - and will not be forwarded to third parties unless required by law. The data controller for the purposes mentioned above is the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano. The rights provided by art. 7 ss. legislative decree no. 196/2003, including access, updating, deleting, and others may be exercised by making a request to the Managing Director of the Free University of Bolzano.
Information concerning the Credit Card Payment
Your credit card data is not entered and saved on our servers but on the pages of the Südtiroler Sparkasse, whose servers comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard*.
* The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, abbreviated PCI or PCI-DSS, is a list of requirements for credit card transactions, which is supported by all major credit card companies. Companies storing, transferring and processing credit card transactions have to meet these requirements. In case of non-compliance they will be fined and curtailed or even be denied to accept credit cards any longer.
Information concerning Google Analytics
