Bauen mit Holz

Modern wood building systems open up new possibilities in terms of form and language, allowing the use of different materials and a special focus on energy consumption and eco-sustainability. This book is based on the experiences developed within the CasaClima Master’s course at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. It is also a design and construction handbook for both timber frame and X-lam building systems. The material analyses and the descriptions of the building elements are completed by numerous illustrations – photos, graphs, 2D details and 3D renderings.
